Disposable Surgical masks

Description:

Disposable Surgical masks, that allow the user to breathe normally, ideally with integrated nose support (easily adjustable nose clip).

- Where they are intended for use by healthcare professionals or patients, they shall bear the technical specifications relating to type II or IIR of harmonize standard EN 14683:2019, under Directive 93/42/EEC on Medical Devices, or equivalent technical specification.

- Where they are intended for use by professionals other than healthcare professionals exposed to contact with a large number of individuals, they shall comply with the technical specifications related to type I of harmonize standard EN 14683:2019, under Directive 93/42/EEC on Medical Devices, or equivalent technical specification.

Respiratory protection half masks (FFP2; FFP3)

Description:

Filtering semi-masks used as respiratory protection devices against particles, which may have inhalation and/or exhalation valves. They must cover the nose, mouth and chin, and may be disposable or reusable. They are classified according to their filtration efficiency and their maximum leakage to the interior (class FFP2 and FFP3).

These products, which are intended for use by healthcare professionals and patients, are covered by the harmonised standard EN 149:2001+A1:2019, under Regulation (EU) No 2016/425 on Personal Protective Equipment.

If intended for use by the general population, they shall ensure a minimum filtration level of 70%, breathability of at least 8 l/min (according to EN ISSO 9237:1995) or a maximum of 40 Pa/second (according to EN 14683:2019) , and allow 4 h of uninterrupted use without degradation of particle retention capacity or breathability.

Disposable surgical gown

Description:

Single-use, single-use, waterproof gown with back opening, long sleeves, close-fitting cuffs and covering the entire uniform

Coveralls

Description:

One-piece, single-use, waterproof, full protective suit with built-in hood, neck protection, close-fitting cuffs and a size that fits the professional.

Boufant cap

Description:

Disposable, non-sterile bouffant cap, for protection of the entire head, face and neck area, with an oval opening in the eye area. Waterproof and water repellent.

Disposable surgical gown

Description:

Double protection cap to protect against contaminating particles, hair falling out or other contaminating agents, adjustable with elastic, preferably covering the neck as well.

Disposable Cuffs

Description:

Single-use protective sleeve to protect the entire forearm area. Waterproof and water repellent. Non sterile.

Long coverboot

Description:

Single-use, waterproof shoe covers (boot covers), preferably with non-slip soles of fluid-resistant and breathable non-woven polypropylene

Short coverboot

Description:

Single-use, waterproof shoe covers (shoe covers), preferably with non-slip soles of fluid-resistant and breathable non-woven polypropylene.

Gloves

Description:

Nitrile or latex rubber gloves, providing a good barrier against organic fluids, puncture and chemicals (disinfectants/cytotoxic), powder-free, hypoallergenic, with a medium to high cuff to cover the cuff of the gowns. Ergonomic and comfortable.

Safety goggles

Description:

Eye protection against splashes and aerosols of respiratory secretions and other biological products with side and disposable protectors. Complies with harmonised standard EN166:2001 under Regulation (EU) 2016/425 on Personal Protective Equipment.

Visors

Description:

Protection against the projection of solid and liquid particles, reusable, which must cover the face and ensure good transpiration behavior, made of unbreakable material, with adjustable strap. They do not provide respiratory protection against biological agents.

Alcohol gel

Description:

Biocidal product type 1. An alcohol-based preparation designed to be applied to the hands for the purpose of reducing the growth of micro-organisms or eliminating them. These preparations may contain one or more types of alcohol or other ingredients as biocidal active substances.

RT-PCR Tests - Covid-19

Description:

The RT-PCR test is the test recommended by DGS and the most common to diagnose the infection by the SARS-Cov-2 virus. It is a molecular test that amplifies the virus' genetic material (RNA) and is therefore one of the most sensitive and specific techniques to detect, trace and study this type of virus.

The sample is collected by a swab from the nasopharynx (nose) and oropharynx (throat).

Masks for social use

Description:

Facial masks, single-use or reusable, for community use. These masks, which are not intended for use by healthcare professionals or patients, should be seen as a complementary measure to the general recommendations for protection and in a context of social distancing, and cannot replace them.
